Very thorough service gave us all the information we needed
Five or six hour afternoon window missed. Got a call after 445 letting me know that the technician would not be out because the part had not been passed off to him by the parts runner. I took the entire afternoon off from work only to find out there would be no service call. The second service visit was scheduled and I needed to takeoff another morning to be here for that service call. Mark, the service technician did a great job, first diagnosing the problem and secondly resolving the problem, once he had the part in hand. I was supposed to receive a phone call today with an expectation on my part, for some type of compensation for my time away from work. Still waiting for that call! I prefer to wait until I receive that phone call and the Alcom before I rate the service by organization. Thank you for your time. It appears that I can’t send the survey until I give the service and overall rating. Consequently, I’ll only be able to rate the service as below average until I can speak to someone in management. This is by no means a reflection on the work that Mark did as a service technician on site, he was very good.
If it is not fixed this time, I want a new appliance.
They should be called "UNdependable, UNfriendly, UNproffesional services". - Technician never showed up to the appointment with no courtesy call. - When I called them to complain, operator did not listen to my even care to listen and she only wanted to reschedule me. - Operator tells me "it's your unit and you need it fixed so you need to accommodate us" when I complained that I had to take half day off work to wait for technician who did not show up and I can't afford taking another day off. - I asked to speak to the manager, Left him a voice mail, he has not returned my phone call since 18th of August till date. - Technician finally comes. Repairs the small problem I had and causes a bigger problem that could have cost me the unit if I had not unplugged it. - Operator objects when I called back to file the problem caused by technician saying " it was working fine when he left"!! Overall not dependable at all.

He was on time and very pleasant and efficient.
Mark was a gentleman and scholar. He was quick and tidy and did a fast effective repair.
After having a tech come out several times(from another Co)to solve the issue, Micheal at Dependable was very knowledgeable about the product and in solving the issue right away.
Again, our issue, apparently, is with our new Frigidaire dishwasher itself! Again, no mechanical issue identified--just more "here's what you have to do" to eliminate "foul" orders--use more off-the-shelf chemicals! Our old dishwasher had no such "requirements" (e.g., turn-on hot water before turning-on dishwasher)--just turn it on and walk away!!!
