Five or six hour afternoon window missed. Got a call after 445 letting me know that the technician would not be out because the part had not been passed off to him by the parts runner. I took the entire afternoon off from work only to find out there would be no service call. The second service visit was scheduled and I needed to takeoff another morning to be here for that service call. Mark, the service technician did a great job, first diagnosing the problem and secondly resolving the problem, once he had the part in hand. I was supposed to receive a phone call today with an expectation on my part, for some type of compensation for my time away from work. Still waiting for that call! I prefer to wait until I receive that phone call and the Alcom before I rate the service by organization. Thank you for your time. It appears that I can’t send the survey until I give the service and overall rating. Consequently, I’ll only be able to rate the service as below average until I can speak to someone in management. This is by no means a reflection on the work that Mark did as a service technician on site, he was very good.
