Repairman came with part that we already had purchased. They were told that we had the part before scheduling. He disagreed with what the problem was. Thought it was something else. Informed me that I would have to pay fee even if replacement part I had ordered wasn't the problem. I agreed. He finally agreed to install part. When the replacement part was installed, it was the correct part. Repairman was unfriendly, never smiled. Was not cordial in any way. Had the feeling he was not happy to be doing his job. He did not give me a receipt or explain how the new person in charge of company handles payments. Been with this Company for a long time. Have a maintenance agreement with them but it's definitely not the same friendly company it used to be.
