Thank you for sending Felipe. He assessed the issue accurately the first time. It has been over 2 months since I've had water and ice in my fridge. The 1st tech made 2 trips and with each trip diagnosed something different. I finally requested a new tech and thank goodness I did because it's fixed now!!! My ratings do not reflect on Felipe. I am rating for overall experience which is why the rating is low. If Felipe would have been the first tech the rating would have the highest possible!
