The parts needed on the first visit by the level 1 employee were not orders correctly. On a second visit to install the parts and realizing the parts were wrong, a third appoint meant had to be made and the manager reassured me that Tyson (who they will send out) is who everyone wants. On the third visit, Tyson, quickly diagnosed the real issues and ordered all the correct parts. On the fourth visit, Tyson installed the parts and completed the job. It seems odd, that someone of Tyson's calibre is deployed to clean up the level 1 employee mistakes. Instead of sending Tyson out to play clean up - send the best employee first because the customer deserves nothing less. Tyson is the reason these guys stay in business and everyone knows it. Good company if you get Tyson!
The Technicians were amazing. I wish there was an option to rate the techs and not the whole service. And I do not know if it is the Electrolux (maker of my appliance that was repaired) or Dependable service that I need to rate because both parties lack common sense in fixing my microwave. It took 6 visits (2 months) to fix my microwave and each visit felt like it was a redundant waste of time & Money. I would advise dependable service to plan the tech visits more efficiently, if you can track the parts being to shipped to me, you do call me to give a heads up, you call me to confirm that parts have been delivered yet you do not schedule a tech visit before hand. I recommend you include some common sense into your procedures and protocols.
Our 7 week old Frigidaire refrigerator failed over the Labor Day weekend. Dependable was able to have the part delivered to our home and make the repair in a timely manner.
