There was a scheduling issue on initial visit but for resolved when Frigidaire got involved, but the tech was at the home twice and both times the tech would barley speak and when I introduced my spouse and child got no response. You are coming into someone else's home, have the respect to speak when spoken to, and by the way your techs should be wearing shoe covers when entering someone's home as he tracked mud in. In the end the dishwasher was fixed
