The service tech was determined to figure out the issue on our new open box oven. After trying to correct with a new part, he got assistance from the oven manufactuer technical help directly an then singled out the issue. Another part was ordered and he returned to correct the issue. The service technician was polite and kept us informed on his arrival time. He even complimented my choice of paint colors in my condo reno.
