The technician was great -- on time, efficient, polite. However we had issues with the company related to scheduling. The initial visit was postponed more than a week due to the technician calling in sick. The visit to repair the appliance also had to be postponed more than a week due to the technician calling in sick. The service did not occur during the scheduled window (8 am-12 pm) because the part had been sent to the wrong technician and another part had to be delivered to me. i spent almost the entire day waiting on service, which was finally completed about 3 pm.
