The service technician was fine hopefully fixed again. The office staff has no idea. We were told we would be given 30 minutes window and he arrived in 5 minutes. I called an email said hell be there instead of he’ll be there.. very not caring lady. I asked for him by name and was told no one worked there by that name. Communication isn’t great with the company... hopefully we’re fixed and won’t have to deal with them again.
