seems it still needs a seal as it does not close properly - not an airtight seal seems to have gotten worse after second visit - it is a subzero

Terrible service until they finally fixed it

We scheduled the appointment, took time off from work 4-5 different times. First they called and said the appointment was wrong, the second time they said technician called out of work, the third time nothing. And the fourth they said the part arrived but nothing arrived so they had to come back. Every time they would be late so if they say 8-12 it really means 1-2pm! The reason I chose this company was because of name and it was everything but dependable. They finally fixed it -5 weeks later.

The 1-6 pm time frame is too long to wait for a repairman, calling we narrowed that down, so all worked out fine. Repairman didnt have proper tool, but got the job done, and repairman was good, knew problem, fixed it fast.

After we began dealing with Tyson Martin, our experience was great! In all it took 5 trips to make the door right; the first repairman said it couldn't be fixed. Fortunately, Tyson understood what he was doing and realized the problem was the hinges. Unfortunately, the wrong hinges were first sent, which Tyson realized on this the fourth visit, (Tyson's second). On the fifth visit, with the correct hinges, our dishwasher lower rack comes in and out smoothly. I guess we'll never know if we really needed to purchase a new door or if new hinges would have solved the problem. By the time Tyson saw the dishwasher, the new door was on. On the rating I'm giving below, the #of stars is for Tyson. The first repairman did not know what he was doing and was not pleasant or polite to me or to my husband. Tyson was both knowledgeable and pleasant.
