Unfortunately the item can not be repaired inexpensively meaning the cost of repair is more expensive than to replace it. So now Lowe’s has to follow through with replacement. But we have to wait until JS puts in the computer what he found out. That takes 3-5 business hours. And Thanksgiving is coming next week.
