Dependable is their word !!! Dependable is what they do. I am a big fan of Dependable because they come out during the time frame they provide for me in advance, and according to my schedule. They analyze my problem with whatever equipment is hurting and give me a cost estimate. I know in advance, because of the age of the appliance, the book value, and the replacement costs, about what percentage I am willing to invest further in the appliance. If the estimate exceeds in any area of consideration, I must make a choice of repair or replace. I appreciate the courteous, competent. and thoroughness with which my visit was handled. Very professional.
