Was told that the diagnosis cost was $86. Tech never told us the problem nor what it would cost. Instead, upon arrival the tech looked at it, and then proceeded to use a half of tube of silicone on an area that has never had silicone on it since it was installed three years ago. Cost at the end for a tube of caulk...$286.00. Rip off.
