I called for service my ice maker would not work. Was told it was pump didn't have on truck. However was also told that unit was very dirty and need to be clear as and sanitized 2 year and filters changed. So agreed to purchase maintenance agreement for $880.00. This service would be done 2 year. Called back as pump was replaced and ice maker still did not work. He clean unit but then told me that my service did not include filters and anytime he comes out there will be a service charge. Ice maker was not working for over 3 months when we finally were able to have the manufacter send someone and was fixed in 10 minutes had nothing to do with what we were told was wrong. So I am not at 'll happy that I spent $880.00 for cleaning and that is all I get. I also have ask for 2 months now for a copy of receipt, and still have not received one. I also ask for someone to call me concerning this matter and nothing so I would not recommend any one to your company. THANKS FOR miss leading me into this mess! I would really like someone to actually do what they say they are coming to at this company!
