Gary arrived on time and promised that the ice machine was fixed. But it still isn't working. This was the third service call for this machine in 5 months. I'm wondering if Dependable techs really know what they're doing.

Mindpower, Thank you for the feedback as I have looked in the system and see we have been out there for different issues a couple times in the past couple of months with this machine. Looks like we adjusted the thickness of the ice bridge and this time it was leaking and we replaced the water valve. I see we are also on schedule for one of the leads to check it out tomorrow and get you up and running as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience with us as we are short staffed on techs at this moment, as we do have another currently in refrigeration training. I promise to get you taken care of as soon as possible and looking forward to satisfying you with the service of the ice machine.
