I have a smoothie shop business and had the tech come out to diagnose the issue of not being able to make ice. The tech came and order the parts to come back to replace. The parts came in on Monday but the company cannot get anyone else to come back until Friday of the same week. Bad time management as customer service where the part is ready but the tech is not. P.S. the ice machine is not working again and have to contact the company to come out again. This is almost like taking your car to the shop and they keep breaking unrelated parts so they can come back over and over again.
