I am a professional appliance repairman, and I recently completed a job for a customer with a Whirlpool Whirlpool front load washer and Carefree Arizona. The customer was experiencing a problem with the washer not draining water from the tub. After inspecting the machine, I determined that the drain pump assembly needed to be replaced.
