I was called to repair a GE Monogram refrigerator in Cave Creek, Arizona. The refrigerator was intermittently leaking water onto the floor. I found that the defrost drain system was frozen over, which was causing the water to leak. I cleared the drain system with the use of a steamer, and the refrigerator has been working properly ever since.
