Upon inspection, the LG front load washer was found to halt mid-cycle, failing to complete its washing process. A thorough examination revealed that the drain pump motor assembly was not effectively evacuating water from the tub, which was impeding the cycle's completion. The drain pump motor assembly was disassembled, and the impeller was checked for obstructions. After cleaning and ensuring the impeller was free of debris, the assembly was replaced and tested. The washer was then run through a complete cycle to confirm that the issue was resolved. The customer was informed of the successful repair, and the washer was restored to full functionality.
