Malachi came to our house within a day. He identified our dryer issue. We had to order some parts! But guess what? The parts came in and he came out on a Saturday afternoon! Fixed our dryer and we were back in business. Malachi is a competent, polite, articulate young man. I will call Dynamic for any appliance repair in the future, 100% satisfied customer.
