Not so great



We asked Dynamic Appliance Repair to look at two appliances: as washing machine and a refrigerator. The good- Andrew G showed up within the agreed upon window and was polite. The not so good- Andrew G had no solutions for either appliance and had only reasons why he could not do repairs. For the LG front loading washing machine, he instantly confirmed it was the bearings and said the repair was expensive and we were better off buying a new one. Ok. I get it. Probably a good idea in the long run. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Moving on. He then looked at the refrigerator door that doesn’t stay closed sometimes. There is a catch on the bottom hinge that’s not catching. I’ve identified the issue and have seen (on the internet) that it can be fixed. He basically said there was no way to fix it and gave me an unwanted tutorial on why this happens in the first place. He adjusted a leveling foot on the bottom of the fridge which did absolutely nothing to fix the problem but did have a wordy nonsensical theory about how this could help. He was here for 15 minutes tops and fixed nothing but sure did have explanations for why he couldn’t. This is the wording and charge on the bill he sent me: “The refrigerator’s French door are misaligned due to the front of the refrigerator being unlevel. Adjusted the leveling legs to realign the doors.” The doors are not realigned. The problem still exists. 15 minutes. Grand total? $145! What a ripoff. Thanks for nothing Andrew G. Literally.

Andrew followed industry standards to ensure your refrigerator was functioning properly when he completed the service.
