We especially appreciated Nick’s honesty and his communication with his supervisor when he had a question. Our fridge, only two years old, was not listed easily in the parts manual. There was a scheduling snafu, not Nick’s fault, and we had to be rescheduled due to a tech being sent to Goodyear instead of Gilbert, so we had to wait most of the day for service. As prompted on FB, where we asked for a recommend, I asked for the $25 discount. The invoice did not reflect that, nor was it itemized, as requested, to secure a refund from our Costco Visa. The work, however, seems to be great, and Nick was a great rep and tech for Dynamic.
