I was called to repair an LG refrigerator that was not cooling. Upon arrival, I found that the evaporator coil was frozen and needed to be defrosted. I used a specialized tool to melt the ice and then cleaned the coil thoroughly. After that, I tested the refrigerator and found that it was cooling properly.
