We called the professionals at Top Notch for an issue we were having with our dryer. I suspected the heating element had gone out as there was no heat from the dryer. One of their service techs, Brian, showed up the same day! He was very professional and I felt like this was a company I could trust right off the bat. He got right to work diagnosing the problem with the dryer, sure enough the heating element went bad. What really impressed me about this company, was the above and beyond call of duty and service we received. Brian not only repaired the heating element but also provided a tune up service for the entire dryer. He was able to not only fix the one issue, but fixed multiple issues we didn't even know we had with the machine! But to top it all off, and without even asking, they went ahead and checked our washer for proper functioning, and found the agitator was not functioning properly so the clothes were not being washed properly! I highly recommend Top Notch Appliance Repair! Professional, prompt, great service and great pricing. 5 stars to the pros at Top Notch and a big thank you to service tech Brian!

What a great company and employees! Professional, on time, extremely knowledgeable. They have worked on appliances at our rental property, installed new appliances, repaired a refrigerator drain problem, checked/cleaned burners and checked calibration on our stove/oven.
