Ray quickly understood the issue with our washer leak and explained everything to us. He has a depth of knowledge and was patient, which is rare these days when dealing with repair techs. I feel fortunate that he was assigned to our repair request. Dealing with LG’s customer service was a nightmare so Ray and Unique Repair Services were the one bright spot in the process.
Graden did a great job servicing our dishwasher. On time, he was responsive, and easy to communicate with. He diagnosed the problem and order the replacement parts. URS will be back in a few days to replace the parts.
