Nate was very friendly and engaging. He was able to comple the repair to my oven in one vist which is greatly appreciated.
I had Brandon do a warranty repair on my new dryer. It needed a new lint trap assembly and he came over and diagnosed the issue and ordered the part and I was scheduled the following week to have the installation of the replacement part. There was a little hiccup in the scheduling, but I do not think that it was Brandon’s fault. They were able to remedy the scheduling issue and still make it out two days after the original date. Brandon was friendly and knew what he was doing and wasted no time installing the new part. I am pretty satisfied with how Samsung handled their warranty replacement situation.with
