Michael came out and did a great job explaining the issue with my dryer. He replaced the fuse, and now it's working perfectly. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to figure out what was wrong with my washer.

Called to repair dryer not heating. Giving "to" error code. Checked thermostat and was open. Replaced both thermostat and tco. Confirmed working properly
I was called to a washer that was giving a 4c error code for water inlet. I checked the valves and the hot water hose was turned off. I turned on water valve, and ran unit for a couple of minutes. Everything was working fine.
