Graydon was very kind and understanding. He listened to my concerns and followed through with a resolution, er, I mean two concerns and resolutions. Our icemaker was noisy and the left side refrigerator door would close by itself. Her disassembled the left side door from the fridge and adjusted. After reassembling the door, he then removed items and drawers from freezer in order to access and observe icemaker for the noise concern. He diagnosed and replaced both icemakers and reassembled all parts removed. He then ran a diagnostic test to verify all circuits were operating correctly. Graydon is a very thorough technician and I was extremely pleased with the service I had done today
