Would like to have had more correspondence involved whole process took a long time and I felt that I was doing most of the follow up. My medical bills amount owed were not verified and paid in full with my settlement leaving me to pay our of pocket. When looking at the whole thing the attorney walked away with almost the same amount I received with them not having any injuries

Barbara: thanks for the review and your comments. Obviously, every case is different. And they depend on not only what the attorney does but what the client does in these auto accidents. For example. Your accident occurred in November of 2017 but you didn’t get with us until april of 2018. By that time you had already conversed with the insurance company which I usually don’t allow. Another problem was that most of your treatment had concluded prior to us being hired. This affects your claim greatly. It’s somewhat surprising that you mention we almost got more money than you in fees. When you hired us, the insurance company offered to pay you 1k plus your medical bills. However, you ended up with over nine times that amount in settlement. Also, our fees were reduced to about 3k less than what you received. So I’m unsure what you meant by saying we almost received what your received. Hopefully if you ever get in another accident, you will speak with an attorney early on so that the attorney can direct you so as to maximize your settlement. But it means a lot to us that your were referred to us.
