This guy went out of his way to help get my friends drivers license from out of the space between the front consul, right below the climate control. He was very kind and thoughtful of our time. We were both heading home that morning. myself to Tulsa and my friend Kristi to the UP of Minnesota. That is a bad design on Fords part!! Apparently many people who have a Ford Expedition has had the same problem. Please do better on your designing of the interior, of an otherwise much loved Expedition!! Stephenie Griebel
