1998 Mercedes E300D. We replaced a leaking fuel shut off valve under warranty. We also resealed the leaking outlet valves on the fuel injection pump.
Worked on the 2005 NISSAN Altima. Replaced a leaking A/C hose and evacuated and recharged the Air conditioning system. Replaced a leaking steering rack & pinion. Did a front brake job with rotors due to warped rotors. Replaced a leaking valve cover gasket. Did an oil & filter service.
2012 Mini Cooper Countryman Performed 4 wheel brake service with pads and discs. Resealed valve cover for leaking onto the ignition coils. Replaced the spark plugs and the two oil contaminated coils. Also replaced the engine air filter and reset the maintenance indicator light.
2001 Mercedes E350 Replaced defective Air Injection Pump to correct the CEL so that the car would be able to pass a State Inspection.
Worked on a 2007 Benz C230 Diagnosed a "Check Engine" light. Replaced thermostat and filled with Mercedes approved antifreeze. Also replaced the camshaft adjuster magnets. We inspected the vehicle for other needed services and advised the client.
2011 Mercedes Benz R350 Replaced thermostat assembly and refilled engine coolant to proper level. Performed Mercedes A-Service. Did a complete rear brake service with brake pads, rotors, and pad sensor.
2012 Toyota Highlander Performed oil & filter service while customer waited.
2006 Lexus RX400h Performed 125,000 mile maintenance service using Genuine Toyota oil filter and synthetic 0w20 oil.
Worked on a 2011 VW Tiguan Inspected for antifreeze and oil leaks. Replaced leaking water pump with complete housing. Replaced upper timing cover and crankcase vent valve for oil leak. At customer request we scanned engine control unit with generic scan tool and found DTC P2015. Replaced intake manifold for oil contamination in flap sensor with Genuine Volkswagen parts.
Worked on a 2001 BMW 330Ci Pressure tested engine coolant system for leaks. Replaced leaking coolant system expansion tank. Replaced Serpentine belt tensioner and idlers due to noisy bearings.
On a 2008 Benz E350 we diagnosed fluid leak and found a bad gasket between the oil cooler and the oil filter housing. We replaced it and cleaned off the oil residue as needed.
