2nd Generation installed our chimney liner in 2019 and we have used them to clean and inspect our chimney since. The staff are always punctual, friendly and professional. They always share any issues or concerns they may see and make recommendations, if any. We needed a new rain cap on a chimney; we contacted a few contractors and almost all didn’t reply and the ones making contact did not seem interested in a small job. I sent 2nd Generation Chimney an email on a holiday weekend and Lisa responded very quickly and we organized the repair the first day after the holiday! Troy, the technician was prompt and organized to complete the quality install very quickly. He also provided a very clear invoice with details.

Excellent customer service from David- the owner, to his superb group of guys Tyler and team!! They found and fixed our problem with our chimney from the 70’s and everything is new and no odors. Very clean work site, kind and dependable!! Would highly recommend 2nd Generation for any repairs or new projects!!
