We did not realize you needed assistance immediately and your initial email came in after 5pm. Another option is to go to our self service customer portal located at https://ctalk.comresusa.com. From that portal you can click Forgot Login Name to obtain your Username, or if you do not remember your password you can select Forgot Password. If you need anything else please let us know.
