Great Customer Service

I am not the most technologically savvy person, and Scott was kind enough to reach out to me, and make himself available after 5PM to walk me through a step by step process on how to log into MiCollab Client for the first time, and troubleshoot issues that arose. Additionally, Scott laid out multiple options for me to choose from. At no time did I feel pressured to rush through the process, and his friendliness made it easy to run through the set up. I'm thrilled that we have Scott working on our account.

Fast Response to IT Tickets

Our assigned Tech, Jason always responds to our companies IT Tickets in a speedy fashion. Because we don't have an in-house tech department, we really appreciate how fast the ComRes team responds to us. They also always follow-up and check-in with us before closing a ticket/job out.
