We recently had Christopher Lawrence (CJ) from ComRes USA work on the many issues we had with our computer server and Quickbooks. CJ was very professional, patient, quickly identified the problem, and clearly explained our situation and the steps needed to go forth to rectify our issues in a quick and timely manner.
