Kevin explained the alarm operation and setting options in terms I could understand. He sent me the relevant documents with the details. He fitted and tested the intruder alarms, stepping me through the whole process. Amazing service. We moved to htis house with an alarm but no code to use. Was recommended to use this company which we are so grateful we were, the service we received was exceptional from the time we spoke to the lady on the phone to the engineer Kevin arriving he was timely, very Knowledgeable, friendly he explained everything clearly to my husband and I. We moved into a new build and Midland Alarms had installed the alarm for the house builder, but we wanted some additions made. Contacted Steve at Midland Alarms and he explained the options available, the costs etc over the phone and booked in Kevin to come and fit the additional items. I was very impressed with Kevin, his knowledge and quality of installation, it also helped that he was a thoroughly decent fella. Overall I have been very impressed with Midland Alarms and their outstanding customer service.
Having been left underwhelmed by the sales technique of another leading company, it was noce to find a simple straightforward approach to giving a quote. The service following acceptance has been excellent. The system looks good and although I hope we never need to hear it in action, if we do, we know it will do what it says on the tin. The engineer was very efficient and completed the job without any fuss or making a mess. He also explained the system very well.

A second alarm installation for a customer who’s daughter lives in Brackley. An HKC Quantum wireless alarm which the tenant can use a proximity tag to set and unset the system as they need.
