First contact was with Mike over the telephone. After I put the phone down I knew I had been talking with someone who knew his business, who didn't bullshit but told me what I needed, not what I thought I needed. When I put the phone down Midland were getting my business. It continued with the arrival of Lee to install the alarm. He was already on a winner as my wife is a scouser too! Lee surveyed the house, told us exactly what he was going to do and went about his work in a very professional way. He was fast but thorough and made no mess at all. On completion he guided us through the system and left us with confidence to manage the new alarm. Lee was exemplary! The HKC Quantum looks an awesome piece of kit, unobtrusive but state of the art!
