Service from Midland Alarm in organising the appointment and alarm extension to current system was easy. Advice from the engineer at my property was clear and concise. Time to complete service and install extended items was very easy. Good to have a very friendly and personable engineer visit and made my young family comfortable whilst in our home.

From the initial phone call to the office, the service and communication was excellent. When mike came to visit, within an hour of the call, he listened to what I needed and took into consideration my budget. He advised using his experiences and set me up with a system that suited my property and budget.....nothing more was forced or pushed. The installing engineer was on site on the Monday, (the job was only agreed A few day previous) showing 1st class commitment to their customers. The engineer was very professional, called to give his eta and was within that time. His workmanship was excellent and he left no mess whatsoever . His knowledge of the system and explanation of how it worked was 1st class. Myself and partner are very very happy with the system, thank you.
