Steve phoned to let me know he was on the way to our property and how long he would be. He arrived promptly and followed the care note I had passed to the Customer Service team about the need for a mask and social distancing as a member of our family is immunocompromised. (Wore a mask and sanitised his hand before entering the property and maintained social distancing throughout. At all times he made sure to keep me informed what he was doing and did a professional job. Would definitely recommend Steve, the product and the service Midland Alarm Services provide.

We moved into a house where the alarm hadn’t been used for a while and because it had been tenanted the vendor didn’t know the code. Kevin came out and managed to reset the code and service the alarm so it’s now working again!

Redrow Homes substantially overcharged for the installation of the Alarm System in our new house but my enquiries afterwards showed me that if I had gone direct I would have been happier with the price hence my rating below
