Kevin was pleasant and informative, explaining what each component of the alarm system does and answering all my questions. He cleaned up all drill dust etc as he went along and, once installed, ran through the system with me. He also volunteered to send me a 'quick start' guide and, when the email failed, returned to the house to transfer this to my iphone. Excellent service!
