From calling the office & the engineer arriving the service was excellent. I like receiving the text message before engineer arrived it gives time to clear any areas they maybe working.
We have always had great service from midland alarms and Kevin is a great engineer and polite and courteous. This job was for my elderly father on an alarm fitted by another company but they could not be bothered to look at the problem we had. Midland alarms ( Kevin ) called out and sorted without any fuss. Midland alarms are not only the best they also give great after sales service . So forget the rest go to Midland alarms.
Really good yuck to come out and resolve the issue we were having. Good explanation of the issue too.
