Traveled to client’s office to dust out their computer desktop units.
Jake and I met with Todd to discuss the network analysis we ran for Plandscape. We made a couple minor tweaks and are in very good shape now.
Met with Barb and Robynn to have a client review and discuss upgrading the server to a Dell PowerEdge T340 to replace their current aging server.

Presented options for Managing IT Services as well as providing malware protection. We also presented an option for a new laptop computer. We highly recommend the system monitoring program which manages updates and security and back ups for the system.
Helped to on-board a new client. They will now be covered by our Malware and Anti-Virus protection along with our daily monitoring for updates, and any suspicious activity on their network.
Met with ownership for a client review. Discussed what we could do to be more effective and what needs the company has moving forward. This included upgrading software, verifying back up solutions and discussing potential RAM upgrade to the server.
Completed Microsoft Office Installation for 3 computers.
