Not only are our guys trained on the installation process but they know to pick up debris from the job site, clean the windows, give the home owner a tutorial on their new products and do a final walk around with the customer. Frustrating 18 week experience. Had a good transaction before but then needed more windows and got ignored and put off for months.

Yes there are delays due to labor and material shortages as well as COVID related issues. Your signed contract states and "estimated lead time of 16-18 weeks" with the estimation based on receipt of material, availability of labor, acts of God, etc. We have and continue to experience all of these in the last 18 months and these things are still occurring with COVID, labor and material shortages. In addition, we are very busy as are all of the manufacturers causing delays in the entire market place.

Great to hear. We pride ourselves on not only knowing professional processes related to installations, but on knowing and following local building code requirements. Many companies will either not follow code or leave it to the homeowner to pull a permit. When this happens, its a sign that the contractor is cutting a corner or installing products that do not meet the building code requirements...they do not want the responsibility of having to follow code and they can keep the price to the customer lower by selling inferior products that do not meet code. We also managed the permitting and subsequent inspection process, assisting homeowners with, what is sometimes an arduous process. Hopefully we can assist with your home improvement project.
