Charlie null and Tyler wood were an excellent team and installed my 7 windows to my complete satisfaction! As a team Charlie was an inspiring leader overseeing the work in detail so there were no errors. There were friendly, personable, professional and thorough. Charlie provides me and my wife thorough description and instructions on the windows. Clear and concise. If there are opportunities for Charlie to be promoted or advanced to more responsible positions he is capable and ready! As we used to say in the military, Promote Him!

Here's the kicker...both are relatively new employees but with our in house training and subsequent in field training under a superintendent (both unique to Folkers compared to the competition) we can get new employees up to speed quickly.
