Disappointed



I am disappointed from start to not yet finished. My experience started in April 2021 with estimates and when I decided to go with Folkers I was told about 6 wks for installation. Ok, I had hoped for the first of June but was called twice within that frame about some issues that set my order back twice. I tried being understanding of not being able to get materials and because of the pandemic you were behind schedule. However, my feeling is that all of the issues that came up with my order were not dealt with in a timely fashion if they had been then weeks would not have gone by in between each of the 2 issues before you finally placed my order. Then I was told my order would be in except for one window by June 30th. Then you'd be 2 wks out installing. Another month goes by and I haven't been scheduled for installation. Finally Aug 12th the installers came and due to weather were not able to install what they delivered and came back the next morning to finish it. They were Daniel and Jason. These guys were very nice, well mannered and I thought they had done a good job.. although I did have to go behind them and get them to correct blinds they rehung wrong and put things back that they didn't put back. That was not a problem though. What upset me after they left was I found 2 of my screens were torn and I really don't see how they didn't notice that and at least give me a heads up about it. Now I just feel like that was icing on a badly put together cake. I called it in and I was asked if I could wait till my last window comes in to rescreen those that are damaged. That isn't a problem for me but geez this whole experience has left me wondering...where the heck you're customer service comes in to play. I'm just aggravated and disappointed in the whole ordeal.
