Secondly, they had a cancellation and asked if they could come a week early, so that was also great that they reached out to us to ask. Jason was amazing and took care of everything even as we were getting rushing to get out of the house before a showing. The staff was great at working with some difficult scheduling and made everything happen for us. The $100+ "diagnostic fee" is a little rough since it ALSO comes with a visit fee and that's before any work has even been done but the work is definitely quality.
