Completed annual 32-point electrical system evaluation including comprehensive electrical panel maintenance with connection torquing. Performed GFCI/Arc Fault protection testing and verified proper functioning of all safety circuits. Inspected exterior meter connection and interior panel components, noting normal wear but confirming system integrity with no immediate concerns identified.
Thank you for choosing Dawson’s Electric and Air. I came to your home today to evaluate why the hallway, bedroom, and bathroom lights had lost power. During my investigation of the circuit, I found five broken switches and two damaged receptacles throughout the circuit. I replaced all devices on that circuit, and once completed, the circuit was restored and is now operating properly. While on site, I also noticed signs of overheating in the main electrical panel.
