From the initial phone call to the installation, Flash Electric and Fred were excellent! Fred was a no pressure guy, he just gave me the information and did a thorough explanation. The installation guys were great too, just went about their business as if I wasn't at the home. When my generator performed it's first test, I got all excited that it was installed and working properly.

Flash Electric installed and services my generator. I've had the need to use it a few times, and it is really a lifesaver. I work from home but my customers are all over the country. They don't really know what part of the country I'm in, but they know if I'm not available and if I'm not available I stand a chance of losing valuable customers. My generator ensures me that my business and life can go on as normal no matter what and that's a very comforting thing. Flash did a great job installing my generator even though I have some difficult topography around my house. They come to service my generator twice a year and always call to let me know they're coming. I highly recommend Flash Electric for anyone considering a generator.

Fred came out and gave me an estimate, explained how the system would work to meet my needs and explained the installation process. Then when I called him back to move forward with installation, everything came off just as he had explained. They were timely, cleaned up afterwards and then went back thru the system. Guess what ? My power went off the very next day and I only had about 1 minute without power ! It is wonderful and only wish I had done it sooner. I would definitely recommend Fred and the people at Flash. They were excellent.
