I removed the gfci on the right side of the panel. Then i removed both receptacles outside. One on the back porch and the other by the front door. Then i removed the receptacle in the garage. I then spliced the appropriate wires together and pig tailed the splice taking the single wire to the device. This is to ensure the best possible connection throughout the electrical circuit. Then next to the panel and in the garage i installed tamper resistant gfcis. Outside i installed weather resistant tamper resistant gfcis with new in use bubble covers. I line sided all the gfcis making it so if one trips due to water getting inside the outside it will not affect the other gfcis including the one the internet is plugged into.
