This is the second time I have Used Haas and sons, and had Nick do the electrical work. I can’t say enough, Nick is very friendly, professional, helpful and does a great job! I won’t hesitate calling them again for any other electrical work I might need!

After calling several other electricians in the area and being sorely disappointed by their lack of response; I called Haas and Sons Electric. They were amazing. Price quoted is the price that I paid. The work was done in an effective and efficient manner with no mess made. Additionally, they worked with me to make my ideas work, within a budget and without unnecessary mess or damage to my home. Nick was amazing. Personable and friendly; a real asset. I am extremely pleased with their work and the customer service I received. Anyone who lives in Maryland knows customer service is often lacking but, not in this case. I highly recommend Haas and Sons. I will be using them next for some smart switches and replacing my outlets.

This solution includes the installation of a new 120V 20A circuit and receptacle for EV charging. We have installed the new 120V 20A circuit.
We have provided pricing for the necessary aluminum wiring repairs to the home. We found the aluminum wiring present in the bedrooms, all throughout the first floor, with the exception of some kitchen receptacles. Basement has aluminum wiring at all light fixtures and the washer and dryer locations. We recommend that the aluminum wiring be remedied and smoke alarms should be installed.
This solution includes the installation of 2 dedicated circuits, one for sump pump and the other at main panel. Both circuits shall be 120V 20A and include gfci/arc fault protection. We shall also replace 4 receptacles in upstairs bedrooms, replace 2 light fixtures at second floor landing, replace the lower level bathroom with a new customer supplied bathfan and install a new customer supplied ceiling fan in the master bedroom. In addition we shall update the homes grounding and bonding, replace the existing sub panel and backerboard, ensuring it has a true 100A feed. We have taken deposit and shall return the 23rd of January, membership acquired. We have installed the ceiling fan, replaced the fixtures and installed the gfci receptacles upstairs. Additionally we have replaced the sub panel, roughed in both basement circuits and nearly completed the grounding and bonding. We shall return next Friday to complete the installation. This solution includes the installation of a new dedicated 240V 30A circuit for the new water heater. This includes a load shedding equipment and a disconnect for the new circuit. We have installed the new 30A circuit and disconnect. We shall return when the remaining materials arrive. We have installed the new Load shedding device.

Install customer supplied ceiling fan Replace plastic box with fan rated box The reason for today’s visit was to look at installing a customer supply ceiling fan and a pre-wired location in the front bedroom on the second floor. The bedroom currently had a surface mounted ceiling light however, when we pull down the light, we noticed that it was a basic plastic old Work box. I informed customer I would have to replace the box to support the weight of the ceiling fan. Customer agreed we went ahead and installed the new fan with the new bar box fan support brace.
