Installation of new dedicated circuit to supply power to customers desk top area. We would use an old work box and run a new dedicated circuit through the ceiling in the basement into the panel. Installation of two new exterior fixtures. We would replace current older style fixtures and replace with new customer supplied fixtures for the front and back of home. Installation of new dimmer for the living room light fixture. Currently the light has a dimmer that burnt out and we would replace with a newer LED style dimmer. Quote to install new 200 amp electric system for the home. We will obtain electrical permits and inspection for this project. We will obtain PepCo work order and organize their inspection/ work. Installation to meet national/ local codes and safety requirements. This estimate includes the addition of a 20A circuit to the original power loss call. The new 15A portion of circuit shall power the kitchen lighting, dining room receptacle, gfci to the left of the sink and laundry room receptacle. The new 20A feed shall power the fridge and microwave. We have taken a deposit and shall return next Thursday the 17th of November. We have returned and completed the scheduled work. The fridge and microwave are now isolated from the rest of kitchen circuitry on a 20A breaker. In addition we have restored power to the kitchen lighting and countertop locations.

We replaced the 2nd floor hallway bathroom exhaust fan with a new Panasonic quiet type select a speed fan and installed new 4 inch venting up to the gable vent. We will be returning on Friday to complete the basement exhaust fan (new install) We will be installing a new Panasonic fan in the basement bathroom with a new switch and venting to the back of the home. 9/24 Returned today and installed new Panasonic fan in the basement bathroom and vented out the back of the home. We removed the 2-gang switch box and installed a new 3-gang so that the fan could be controlled separately. We tested fan and it was running properly.
